Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Administration

  • Request and Obtain Certificates of Credible Coverage
  • Provide and track Personal Health Information (PHI) Release Documents
  • Explain HIPAA Guidelines when Contacted by Members
  • Provide Sample Privacy Notice and Instruction to Employer and Employees; and
  • Provide Updates or Clarification as Regulations Change

COBRA Administration

  • Submit and Track Terminations and COBRA Elections
  • Send Updated Information to COBRA Participants as Plan Changes Occur
  • FMLA Integration Review
  • Issue COBRA Sample Forms
